Business Development Manager
We are partnering with a global leader in digital security, connectivity, and IoT solutions to recruit an ambitious Business Development Manager. This role will focus on leading the growth of IoT Connectivity and Track & Trace solutions across Northern Europe.

Their portfolio includes advanced track & trace platforms, telematics solutions, eSIM technology, and IoT services that empower businesses to optimise operations, enhance supply chain visibility, and leverage the full potential of connected technology.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth in IoT Connectivity and Track & Trace across the region. This involves building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business growth – Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence across Northern Europe.
- Client engagement – Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in logistics, supply chain, telecoms, and IoT-driven enterprises.
- Solution expertise – Present and demonstrate IoT connectivity and track & trace solutions, translating complex technologies into tangible business benefits.
- Market development – Identify trends, monitor competitors, and uncover new business opportunities.
- Partnerships – Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless deployment and customer success.
- Sales management – Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing, with accurate forecasting and reporting.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within IoT, telecoms, logistics, or track & trace sectors.
- 2nd best, we would look at technology into Retail
- Knowledge of mobile connectivity, SIM/eSIM technology, IoT platforms, asset tracking, and telematics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
- A strategic thinker, self-starter, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
