Business Development Manager
INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY working for one of EUROPES market LEADERS in security and fire protection. Providing innovative protection solutions for over 20 years, they are dominators in the industry and are taking the international market by storm. They offer various solutions and have a fantastic industry reputation for their customer commitment. Due to consistent growth they are now expanding their team and looking for a passionate, driven, Business Development Manager to join the business.
In this Business Development Manager position you will be responsible for:
- Being the driving force of new business in both the UK and international market.
- Generating leads, visiting clients, building relationships and successfully winning new business.
- Field and office-based work around the business development manager role.
- Manage development plans for business and revenue growth.
- Implementing initiatives for new target markets and leads.
- Pursuing business leads and carrying them through the sales cycle process.
The successful Business Development Manager will have:
- Experience in the security and protection industry- 1 year minimum.
- As a Business Development Manager, you will need to possess a great amount of enthusiasm and drive to successfully consistent new business.
- You must be well organised and punctual to maintain a high standard in all areas of this role.
- You will need to be proactive in your approach to winning new business and developing the brands presence in the market.

The Package
A basic salary of £42k - £51k is available for the right Business Development Manager with a great commission structure. Other benefits to be discussed at the interview stage.
