Business Development Manager
Delighted to have partnered with a market leader in the world of commercial bathroom installation/plumbing services. This prestigious business partner with some of the market leading house builders in the UK and work with multiple corporate clients across the London area.
Responsibilities:
As their Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their sales strategy and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Based from home with daily visits to your clients
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities and driving expansion.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts and drive overall company success.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for customers on CRM
- Maintain a high level of customer service
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a successful Business Development Manager within the construction/trade is needed. This could be anything within construction/facilities management
- Be within a commutable distance of London
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Be self autonomous and work well within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
Package for the Business Development Manager
- £40,000-£60,000 base with uncapped commission. Expected OTE north of £80,000
