Business Development Manager

Due to growth, they are currently looking for a Junior Business development Manager.
In this Junior Business Development Manager position you will be responsible for:
- Being a part of the driving force behind the business’ growth and success.
- Developing a network to attract new clients and researching new market opportunities.
- Implementing initiatives for new target markets and leads.
- Pursuing business leads and carrying them through the sales cycle process.
- Building relationships with potential clients and developing the client network.
The successful Junior Business Development Manager will have:
- Experience in a sales, business development, account management or customer services role.
- You need a fantastic drive and lots of enthusiasm to help elevate new business.
- You must be well organised and punctual to maintain a high standard in all areas of this role.
- You will need to be proactive in your approach to finding and winning new business.
- You will need to be confident in building new relationships and meeting new people.

The Package
A basic salary of £25k - £28k (OTE 37-40K). Other benefits to be discussed at the interview stage.
