Responsibilities: As a Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind the businesses growth and success.
- Prospecting: Identify and pursue potential business clients through their extremely in depth data rich CRM system.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and objectives of each client, and tailor experience offerings to align with their goals.
- Building Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR managers, and executive teams to become a trusted advisor in the realm of corporate experiences.
- Customized Proposals: Create compelling and customized proposals that showcase the value of experiences in addressing client challenges and enhancing team dynamics.
- Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully navigate negotiations, address objections, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the all the client and the experience to ensure seamless execution of sold experiences, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to continuously refine the product offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven track record in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with clients and understand their unique needs.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Creative thinking and the ability to tailor experiences to specific client objectives.
- Self-motivation and resilience to overcome challenges and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
- A passion for fostering positive team dynamics and enhancing company culture.
