The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our expanding Newcastle team, driving new business across road, sea, air and courier freight services.You will be responsible for securing new clients, growing accounts and delivering logistics solutions that add real value — with the bonus of uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
• Win and develop new freight clients across road, air, sea and courier sectors
• Identify new opportunities and upsell to existing customers
• Work closely with operations to deliver a smooth, tailored service
• Manage account performance and ensure strong profit margins
• Attend face-to-face client meetings
