We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient AV Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional technical support across a range of systems and technologies, including Creston, Polycom, Cisco, Lutron, QSE, Biamp, Shure, and AV networks. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for a variety of systems and technologies including Creston, Polycom, Cisco, Lutron, QSE, Biamp, Shure, and AV networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment and systems.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and system configurations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supporting as many of the following as possible - Creston, Polycom, Cisco, Lutron, QSE, Biamp, Shure, and AV networks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A clean UK driving license is essential for this role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of AV equipment and systems is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT or AV technology are advantageous.
