Monday to Friday - 9.00 – 5.00pm
Remote role (Required to travel to the office in London once a month)

Our client, a London-based construction consultancy, is looking for a talented administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with PA experience or a background in construction administration who is eager to make an impact and grow within a supportive, forward-thinking company.
Duties Include:
- Prepare and manage documents with accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle general office tasks including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Raising and processing invoices using Xero
- Conduct quality checks on all documents to ensure they meet established standards and requirements.
- Create and manage precise quotations in response to client inquiries and project specifications.
- Assist in setting up new projects in the computer system promptly.
- Assist teams with various day-to-day administrative tasks.
The Successful candidate/be:
- A people person with excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and use their own initiative
- Strong IT skills with a solid understanding of all Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in marketing or social media is a plus
- Experience within the construction industry would also be beneficial
