We are currently recruiting a dedicated Administrator to support our client's operations and provide general administrative assistance to the wider team. Our client is seeking an organised and proactive individual who is looking to build a long-term career within a growing company.
Duties include:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
- Managing and processing contracts and related documentation
- Performing accurate data entry and record-keeping tasks
- Preparing and managing handover packs for projects or clients
- Maintaining organised filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Monitoring and reviewing incoming emails, ensuring prompt distribution to the relevant departments
- Providing general administrative support and carrying out various ad-hoc tasks as required
The right candidate will have/be:
- Strong communication skills
- A reliable and hands on approach
- The ability to work unsupervised whilst performing a range of duties
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to ensure documents and information is kept confidential
- The knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Administration within an office environment
- An adaptable approach to a workload
