Are you a meticulous and organised professional looking to contribute to the success of an established construction company that specialises within the hospitality and leisure sector?
We are currently seeking an organised Administrator to join my client and provide exceptional administrative support to the team; this role will require a candidate with meticulous attention to detail
Duties include:
- Generate purchase orders
- Prepare and provide cash tracking documents to clients, ensuring transparency in project cash flow.
- Continuously seek and implement improvements in administrative processes.
- Monitor invoices and submit them for processing once approved.
- Act as the main liaison for suppliers seeking invoice payment updates from clients.
- Offer administrative support to the team as required.
To be successful you must have/be:
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The Ability to prioritise and manage a heavy workload efficiently
- At least 1 years’ experience within an administration role
- MS office proficiency
