Account Manager
An incredible opening to work with the UK’s market DOMINATOR in luxury hospitality goods! Trading for over 100 years, they provide vegan and cruelty free, high-end products that are UK manufactured. As a true staple for luxury businesses, they just keep growing and so does the team! They are on the hunt for a dedicated Account Manager to represent the business that is well known all over the UK. Not only does the role offer the opportunity to network with luxury clientele but holds a wealth of perks and opportunity for the successful candidate.
In this Account manager position you will be responsible for:
- Ensure that clients requests/needs are clear and met- maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining and upselling with existing clients.
- Re-engaging with clients and building new, strong relationships. There will be face-to-face meetings.
- Based out of their plush offices in Ashford you will work with motivated, driven, high achievers who are all dedicated to the development and success of the brand.
- Manage the process’ between company and client as the business’ representative.
- Support a smooth service for clients and find solutions for any complications.
The successful Account Manager will have:
- Ideally you will have 2 years of business development/account management experience.
- You will be happy to commit to a 5-day working week in the office. This supports the structure of the operation.
- As an Account Manager you will need to be a strong communicator and ensure that clients’ needs are concise and adhered to throughout the sales process.
- You must be well organised and punctual to maintain a high standard in all areas of this role.
- You will need to retain important client information efficiently.
- Exceptional people skills and positive attitude.

The Package
A basic salary of £28,000 is available for the right Account manager with an uncapped commission structure. OTE will be around £40,000.
