Account Manager
Delighted to have partnered with a market leader in luxurious building products. As part of their expansion for 2024, they are actively looking for an Account Manager to grow existing business and maximise revenue through internal leads and enquiries.
Role for the Account Manager
As an Account Manager you will play a crucial role in driving their growth strategy.
Your ultimate objective is to ensure that the contractors, architects that you are working with are being given the best services and commercials possible. The building products they provide are worldwide known and you will be an ambassador to this brand.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Business Development Strategy: Working with Account Management team, you will be included in the exciting business development strategy that aligns with the company's client acquisition goals and revenues objectives. This will be delivered by reactive sales through phone, email and face to face meetings
- Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports to senior management using the sales CRM HubSpot.
- Compliance: Ensure all business development activities comply with building regulations
The Account Manager
- Ideally, you will be educated to a degree level or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling business to business services with appropriate training. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to win new business and consistently achieve sales targets and activity KPI’s
- You have ambition to progress into a senior sales role, a high level of resilience, strong written and verbal communication and emotional intelligence.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Experience in delivering against activity based KPI’s with a strong focus on data accuracy.
Package
On offer for the Account Manager is a basic between £28,000-£35,000 – OTE first year will be another £5,000-£10,000 on top.
