Support Analyst
We are working with a Kent based company who are looking for someone with a background in IT Support, covering 2nd line support issues to users across Window based systems, including 365.
The role will be to work as part of a team dealing with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including low level networking issues as well as supporting users.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in IT Support/Helpdesk Role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365 & Azure)
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MS100 are preferred.
- Experience with VoIP Phone system preferred.
- Driving License required as visits to other sites will be required.
